If we believe that tomorrow will be better, we can bear a hardship today.”

About Therapy
Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a shift in perceptions, and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. A strong therapeutic relationship is essential to achieving positive outcomes, and I believe this is gained by providing respectful listening, compassion and gentle guidance. I support my clients by implementing various methods to help them develop skills to problem solve and move forward, encouraging self-compassion, awareness and personal growth.

Psychology Services
Personalised Guidance and Care
I work across the lifespan to support clients with a range of presentations including anxiety, stress, mood, trauma, grief and loss, and neurodiversity. I have knowledge and experience applying various evidence-based interventions including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness-based strategies. I assess adults for neurodevelopmental differences including autism and ADHD, as well as cognitive and memory function. I have a particular interest in working with children and adolescents, including assessing for autism, ADHD, specific learning disorders, cognitive impairment, and giftedness. In addition to being a registered psychologist, I am also a registered teacher (in both QLD and NSW) and have over 16 years experience working in educational settings in both inclusive practice and counselling.
